On Sunday night we cook our gluten-free loaves. Why? We want to prevent any kind of cross contamination. Once they are cooked, we bag them and then seal them. At this point we will cook our regular loaves. We cook 6 loaves at a time so each loaf is identical; with the exception of flavors and how they look.
